NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The Arkansas State Marketing Board for Recyclables and
Compliance Advisory Panel (CAP) will conduct its second quarterly meeting Thursday, June 19,
2025, in North Little Rock. Members may join the meeting via the virtual platform Microsoft
Teams.
The meeting agenda will include approving the minutes from the November 2024 and March
2025 meetings, as well as discussing upcoming changes to the board for the 2026 fiscal year.
Additionally, representatives from the Division of Environmental Quality’s (DEQ) Office of Air
Quality and Office of Land Resources will provide updates for their respective offices.
The marketing board advises and assists DEQ with finding and maintaining markets for recyclable
materials in Arkansas. CAP is a federal program established to help small businesses with air
permits.
The public is encouraged to attend the quarterly board meetings. Those interested in attending
