NORTH LITTLE ROCK — The Arkansas State Marketing Board for Recyclables and Compliance Advisory Panel (CAP) will conduct its fourth quarterly meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2024, in North Little Rock. Members may join the meeting via the virtual platform Microsoft Teams.

The meeting agenda will include approving minutes from the August 2024 meeting and discussing potential board ideas for 2025. In addition, representatives from the Division of Environmental Quality’s (DEQ) Office of Air Quality (OAQ) and Office of Land Resources (OLR) will provide office updates.

The marketing board advises and assists DEQ with finding and maintaining markets for recyclable materials in Arkansas. CAP is a federal program established to help small businesses with air permits. The public is encouraged to attend the quarterly board meetings.
