NORTH LITTLE ROCK—The Arkansas State Marketing Board for Recyclables and Compliance
Advisory Panel (CAP) will conduct its first quarterly meeting Tuesday, March 25, in North Little
Rock. Members may join the meeting via the virtual platform Microsoft Teams.
The meeting agenda will include approving minutes from the November 2024 meeting and
discussing potential board ideas for 2025. In addition, representatives from the Arkansas
Department of Energy and Environment, Division of Environmental Quality’s (DEQ) Office of Air
Quality (OAQ) and Office of Land Resources (OLR) will provide office updates.
The CAP board advises and assists DEQ with finding and maintaining markets for recyclable
materials in Arkansas, along with satisfying a federal program established to help small
businesses with air permits. The public is encouraged to attend the quarterly board meetings.
