Compliance Advisory Panel Schedules September Quarterly Meeting

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The Compliance Advisory Panel (CAP) will conduct its third quarterly meeting Thursday, Sept. 18, 2025, in North Little Rock. Members may join the meeting via the virtual platform Microsoft Teams.

The meeting agenda will include approving the minutes from the November 2024, March 2025, and June 2025 meetings, as well as discussing recent changes to the board for the 2026 fiscal year. Additionally, a representative will provide updates from the Division of Environmental Quality’s (DEQ) Office of Air Quality.

CAP is a federal program established to help small businesses with air permits.

The public is encouraged to attend the quarterly board meetings. Those interested in attending the meeting should register by emailing Vanessa Kohrs at [email protected] by 5 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2025.
