NORTH LITTLE ROCK – The Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission (PC&EC) will meet Friday, April 25, 2025, at 10 a.m. in the Commission Room at the Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment headquarters, located at 5301 Northshore Drive, North Little Rock, Ark.

The PC&EC meeting agenda includes a report from the Division of Environmental Quality’s Chief Administrator of Environment, Bailey Taylor; a request for the Commission to vote in favor of adopting proposed amendments to Rule 2; and a request to affirm current appointments to the Wastewater Licensing Committee under the requirements of Act 294 of 2025, a law that was passed during this General Legislative Session.
