NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission (PC&EC) will meet Friday, Aug. 28, 2026, at 10 a.m. in the Commission Room at the Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment headquarters, located at 5301 Northshore Drive, North Little Rock, Ark.

The PC&EC meeting agenda includes nomination and selection of the PC&EC chair and vice chair; a report from the Division of Environmental Quality’s Chief Administrator of Environment, Bailey Taylor; and a request to vote on a recommended decision issued by PC&EC’s administrative law judge in Docket No. 25-001-NOV, In the Matter of Eaton-Moery Environmental Services.
