NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission (PC&EC) will meet Friday, Jan. 23, 2026, at 10 a.m. in the Commission Room at the Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment headquarters, located at 5301 Northshore Drive, North Little Rock, Ark.

The January 2026 PC&EC meeting agenda includes a report from the Division of Environmental Quality’s Chief Administrator of Environment, Bailey Taylor; a request to vote for stipends and reimbursements for 2026; and a Petition to Initiate Rulemaking for 8 CAR pt. 60-1304 (former Solid Waste Management Rule 22).
