NORTH LITTLE ROCK – The Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission (PC&EC) will meet
Friday, March 28, 2025, at 10 a.m. in the Commission Room at the Arkansas Department of Energy and
Environment (E&E) headquarters, located at 5301 Northshore Drive, North Little Rock, Ark.

The PC&EC meeting agenda includes a report from the E&E Division of Environmental Quality; a request
to adopt a minute order applicable to the Commission’s 2025 stipends, and a request to vote in favor of
Recommended Decision issued by the Commission’s administrative law judge; In the Matter of Lloyd
Elkins, Docket No. 18-002-NOV.
