NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The Arkansas Petroleum Storage Tank (PST) Advisory Committee will meet at 9 a.m. April 29, 2026, at the Department of Energy and Environment headquarters, located at 5301 Northshore Drive, North Little Rock, Ark., in Commission Room 1W06.
Items on the agenda include reports on the financial status of the Petroleum Storage Tank Trust Fund and consideration of requests for reimbursements for cleanup operations in the cities of Blytheville, Helena, Forrest City, and Jacksonville. The PST Advisory Committee will also review potential language for 8 CAR pt. 80 rulemaking to conform to Act 706 of 2025.
The committee advises and assists the Division of Environmental Quality and the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission concerning administration of the state Regulated Storage Tank Program.
