PST Advisory Committee Schedules December Meeting

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The Arkansas Petroleum Storage Tank Advisory Committee will meet at 9 a.m. Dec. 3, 2025, at the Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment headquarters, located at 5301 Northshore Drive, North Little Rock, in Commission Room 1W06.

Items on the agenda include reports on the financial status of the Petroleum Storage Tank Trust Fund and consideration of requests for reimbursements for cleanup operations in the cities of Mulberry, Mountain View, Hope, Fayetteville, Marmaduke, Sheridan, and Fairfield Bay. Additional business will consist of reviewing and voting of 2026 calendar items, including meeting dates, consultant mileage and per diem rates, stipend rates, and officer elections.

The committee advises and assists Division of Environmental Quality and the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission concerning administration of the state Regulated Storage Tank Program.
