NORTH LITTLE ROCK— The Arkansas Petroleum Storage Tank Advisory Committee will meet at 9 a.m. on Dec. 4, 2024, at the Department of Energy and Environment headquarters, located at 5301 Northshore Drive, North Little Rock, AR 72118 in Commission Room 1W06.

Items on the agenda include reports on the financial status of the Petroleum Storage Tank Trust Fund and consideration of requests for reimbursements for cleanup operations in Marmaduke, Marked Tree, Dewitt, Cotter, and Little Rock. Other business includes review and votes of items for the 2025 calendar year (meeting dates, mileage rate for consultants, stipend rate, and election of officers).

The committee advises and assists the Division of Environmental Quality and the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission concerning administration of the State Regulated Storage Tank Program.
