Announcing the 2023 E&E Quest Award Winner

Secretary Shane E. Khoury presented the 2023 E&E Quest Award to students from the Arkansas School for Mathematics, Science, and the Arts. Alyssa Thomas and Drew Johnson earned the special award at the Arkansas State Science and Engineering Fair for their project entry, Examination of Variability of Fall Armyworm Infestations in Arkansas and the Potential for Biopesticide Treatment of Soybeans.

The E&E Quest Award showcases the next generation’s quest for advancements in science related to energy production or the protection of the environment.
