CAP board schedules March meeting

NORTH LITTLE ROCK — The Arkansas State Marketing Board for Recyclables and Compliance Advisory Panel (CAP) will conduct its first quarterly meeting on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, in North Little Rock. Members will meet at the Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment (E&E) Headquarters (5301 Northshore Drive, North Little Rock, AR 72118) from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

The meeting agenda will include approving minutes from the December 2023 meeting and discussing vacant positions. In addition, representatives from the Division of Environmental Quality’s (DEQ) Office of Air Quality (OAQ) and Office of Land Resources (OLR) will provide office updates.

The Marketing Board advises and assists DEQ with finding and maintaining markets for recyclable materials in Arkansas. CAP is a federal program established to help small businesses with air permits. The public is encouraged to attend the quarterly board meetings.
