Oil and Gas Commission Hosts Special, Regular Hearings

EL DORADO, Ark. — The Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission (OGC) will host a special hearing
Monday, June 23, at noon at Southern Arkansas University’s Donald W. Reynolds Campus and
Community Center, located at 100 East University Street, Magnolia, Ark.


At this special called hearing, the Commission will hear the application from Saltwerx, LLC. Docket
No. 035-2025-06 (Lafayette and Miller Counties) is a request to establish fair and equitable
compensation for lithium extracted from brine produced from the Pine Brine Production Unit.


OGC’s regular monthly hearing will be held Tuesday, June 24, beginning at 9 a.m. at the OGC
office, located at 2215 West Hillsboro, El Dorado, Ark.
