PC&EC to hold April 2024 meeting

NORTH LITTLE ROCK – The Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission (PC&EC) will meet Friday, April 26, 2024, at 10 a.m. in the Commission Room at the Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment headquarters located at 5301 Northshore Drive, North Little Rock, Arkansas.

The PC&EC meeting agenda includes a report from the Division of Environmental Quality’s Chief Administrator of Environment, Caleb Osborne; a request for the Commission to vote in favor of adopting proposed amendments to Rule 12, the Commission’s Regulated Storage Tanks rule; a vote on whether to confirm a lift of the automatic stay that was previously in place in Docket No. 23-013-P, In the Matter of Eco-Vista, LLC; and a vote on a recommended decision issued by the Commission’s administrative law judge in Docket No. 23-010-P, In the Matter of Pulaski County Property Owners Multi-Improvement District.
