PC&EC to hold December meeting at E&E headquarters

NORTH LITTLE ROCK – The Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission (PC&EC) will meet Friday, Dec. 6, 2024, at 10 a.m. in the Commission Room at the Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment headquarters, located at 5301 Northshore Drive, North Little Rock, Arkansas.

The PC&EC meeting agenda includes a report from the Division of Environmental Quality’s Chief Administrator of Environment, Bailey Taylor, a request to adopt proposed amendments to Rule 36, the Used Tire and Accountability rule, and a request to adopt a recommended decision issued by the Commission administrative law judge in Docket No. 24-001-MISC, In the Matter of Wildkatz Station. The Commission will also vote on the 2025 meeting dates.
