NORTH LITTLE ROCK – The Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission (PC&EC) will meet Friday, June 28, 2024, at 10 a.m. in the Commission Room at the Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment headquarters located at 5301 Northshore Drive, North Little Rock, Ark.

The PC&EC meeting agenda includes a report from the Division of Environmental Quality’s Interim Chief Administrator of Environment, Bailey Taylor; a request for the Commission to vote in favor of adopting a recommended decision issued by the Commission’s administrative law judge in Docket No. 23-013-P, In the Matter of Eco-Vista, LLC; and a vote to add a member to the Wastewater Licensing Committee.
