Items on the agenda include reports on the financial status of the Petroleum Storage Tank Trust Fund and consideration of requests for reimbursements for cleanup operations in Texarkana, Fort Smith, Marked Tree, Osceola, Little Rock, Blytheville, and Lake Village. An additional agenda item will be a hearing for a committee review of a Trust Fund ineligibility determination for a site in Rogers, Arkansas.

The committee advises and assists the Division of Environmental Quality and the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission concerning administration of the State Regulated Storage Tank Program.
