NORTH LITTLE ROCK—The Arkansas State Marketing Board for Recyclables and the Compliance Advisory Panel (CAP) will conduct its fourth quarterly meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 19, 2023, in North Little Rock. Members will meet at the Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment (E&E) headquarters located at 5301 Northshore Drive, North Little Rock, AR 72118 from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.

The meeting agenda will include approving minutes from the September 2023 meeting and discussing vacant positions. In addition, representatives from the Division of Environmental Quality’s (DEQ) Office of Air Quality and Office of Land Resources will provide office updates.

The marketing board advises and assists DEQ with finding and maintaining markets for recyclable materials in Arkansas. CAP is a federal program established to help small businesses with air permits. The public is encouraged to attend the quarterly board meetings.
